We are pleased to announce a reorganization that will
enable us to better serve your engineering needs.

For over forty years Becht Engineering Co., Inc. has been providing
engineering services to two very different clientele;

• (1) our Process and Power business sector which includes oil and gas
  (upstream and downstream), power plant, petrochemical, chemical and
  industrial gas facilities, and
  
  
• (2) our Building Technologies business sector which includes mechanical,
  electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEP&FP) engineering, structural
  engineering, civil engineering, project management and construction
  management supporting the architectural and property management
  industries. To better serve these distinct business sectors and facilitate
  our continued growth, we have segregated the company into two entities
  with management teams which can focus on their core competence and
  provide better customer intimacy to our clientele.

Becht Engineering Co., Inc. will continue to serve our Process and Power business
sector under the supervision of the current President, Charles Becht IV, P.E., PhD.

The balance of the Becht Engineering BT, Inc. staff will be comprised of the
current MEP&FP Engineering, Structural Engineering and project Management
Divisions of Becht Engineering Co., Inc. in our Liberty Corner, New Jersey location,
as well as our Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey MEP&FP Division and our
Mid-Atlantic (Maryland) Project Management Division. Therefore, this transition
should be seamless to our Building Technologies clientele, as you will continue
to work with the same staff you have come to know, only under a new organization
designed specifically for your engineering needs.
