We perform, and have done so since our founding, the
engineering
services necessary for capital structures in
existing buildings, that because
of wear and tear, necessary
additional capacity or other good reasons, need
replacement.
This is also the case with major maintenance that buildings
require
so that their capital structures do not deteriorate.
These projects have individual needs that require a careful
evaluation of
alternate approaches and the viability of new
materials and methods of providing
the structure’s needs.
Technology is changing rapidly as are the needs of
buildings,
and these conditions call for the knowledgeable and

services that we perform. These services are
complete in all respects from
the careful identification of
the problem in a true cause and effect manner,
to the
development of designs and specifications for their
correction, the

a major maintenance procedure,
a cause and effect analysis
often reveals that the initial construction or
an improper
previously done maintenance procedure did not meet the
needs
of the building. It is necessary at this point to determine
how this condition
can be corrected so that the cost of this
maintenance is not unnecessarily
repeated. Engineering
designs are then needed to provide proper construction
as well as the correct maintenance procedure.
